Auto Audio Switch Support
Auto Audio Switch is a macOS menu bar utility that automatically switches your preferred microphone and speaker.
Getting started
- Open the menu bar app.
- Choose a primary microphone and speaker.
- Optionally choose fallback devices.
- Keep automatic switching enabled.
- Optionally turn on Launch at Login.
Troubleshooting
- If a device is missing, reconnect it and reopen the menu.
- If Launch at Login cannot be enabled, move the app to the Applications folder and check Login Items in System Settings.
- If automatic switching is off, the app will not change your current audio device.
What the app does not do
- It does not record audio.
- It does not upload audio content.
- It does not require an account.
